When I’ve slowed down slightly, I would like to explore Europe a bit more. I can do luxury travel too!😀
I have travelled extensively with Exodus holidays and similar travel companies. I like their attitude and respect towards the people and countries visited. Experiences include trekking to Annapurna base camp, Inca Trail, Kilimanjaro, London marathon, Southern Upland Way, Galapagos, Japan, Vietnam and Cambodia etc…..
I would describe myself as down to earth, intelligent, honest and loyal. Grammar school educated, I take an interest in what’s going on globally. I’m cheerful and relaxed with a good sense of humour. Very easygoing, loving and friendly. I like all sports and outdoor activities. I walk most days and am part of a Nordic Walking group. I do Pilates three times a week and am a member of a gym. However, I am happy relaxing in an evening with a book/watching TV enjoying a glass of wine.
Family and friends very important to me. I still travel and meet up with friends I met in Nepal twenty eight years ago.
Outlook on life bring it on! I’m not one to “arrive at the grave safely but rather (health permitting) to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting “Holy shit… what a ride!”

Adventurer who is as keen on travelling as I am. Kind, loving, affectionate person who enjoys spending time outdoors but is quite happy chilling in the evening. As her neighbour for many years I have marvelled at her zest for life, travel and new experiences. Jan looks great in her gardening or walking gear but also looks fab dressed up for a night out.
